Larry Janesky

Larry Janesky While working as a tradesman years ago, Larry thought there has to be a better way to waterproof basements. Filled with the desire to innovate, Larry now heads the 240 dealer strong Basement Systems network. Basement Systems Inc. has been awarded 21 patents for the many unique products developed specifically to prevent basement water damage. Many products are patented in Canada and the U.K. The company was also a finalist for the Better Business Bureau's prestigious National Torch Award for Marketplace Ethics and has won 15 innovation prizes for products and services.

Bob Thompson

Bob Thompson is a Professional Engineer with a degree in civil engineering from The Ohio State University. His primary discipline has been in geotechnical and foundation engineering for the past 18 years. Bob worked six years as a geotechnical engineer for a consulting firm prior to entering the foundation repair and waterproofing industry. Bob's primary responsibilities for The Reinforcer are technical support, marketing and customer support.

Steve Morton

Steve Morton is a Professional Engineer with a degree in civil engineering from The Ohio State University. His primary focus was on structural engineering and construction management. Steve has worked for design engineering firms as a structural engineer and was with the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) for 10 years as the composite research engineer. While working for ODOT, he designed numerous bridges that were reinforced with carbon composites. Since then, he patented and designed "The Reinforcer" for Nationwide Reinforcing. Steve's main responsibilities at Nationwide Reinforcing are technical support and design.
